廃棄物 1.1.6.1 Litter Objects - 廃棄物オブジェクト Enable Litter (廃棄物の有効化) 治療後の廃棄物の生成をチェックボックスで有効と無効を切り替えることができます。 Max Litter Objects (最大廃棄物数) 生成される最大廃棄物数を設定できます。 デフォルトは500に設定されており、極端に増やすと FPSの低下を引き起こします。 Litter Lifetime (廃棄物寿命) 廃棄物の寿命を秒単位で設定することができます。 数値を-1にすることで廃棄物の寿命が無限、すなわち消えないようになります。 長時間のミッションではオススメできません。 1.1.7 States - 状態 1.1.7.1 Fatal Injuries - 致命傷 Player Fatal Injuries (プレイヤーの致命傷) プレイヤーが頭部や胴体に大きなダメージを受けて死亡するかどうかを設定します。頭部や胸部に受ける大きなダメージは致命傷になります。 設定項目 Always (常に) In Cardiac Arrest (心停止中) Never (行わない) "In Cardiac Arrest (心停止中)"に設定した場合、気絶状態ではない限り死亡することはありません。 AI Fatal Injuries (AI の致命傷) これはプレイヤーの場合と同等です。 AI が致命傷を受けた時の挙動を管理できます。頭部や胸部に受ける大きなダメージは致命傷になります。 "Always (常に)"に設定されていると、いかなる致命傷でも "AI の即死" 効果が生まれます。 注 "Always (常に)"以外のモードでは AI の無意識化を有効化させる必要があります。 1.1.7.2 Unconsciousness Cardiac Arrest -気絶と心停止 AI Unconsciousness (AI の気絶) AI が即死する代わりに気絶するかどうかを決定できます。 チェックボックスで有効と無効を切り替えることができます。 この設定は、"AI Fatal Injuries (AI の致命傷)" 設定と連動しています。 そのため、"AI Fatal Injuries (AI の致命傷)"が"In Cardiac Arrest (心停止中)"に設定されている場合、"AI Unconsciousness (AI の気絶)"を有効にする必要があります。 AIが心停止状態になるためには、AIが気絶状態になる必要があるからです。 致命傷ではない非致死性の負傷によってAIが気絶することができるように設定が分離されています。 Cardiac Arrest Time (心停止時間) 心停止してから死亡するまでの時間を設定します。 設定時間までに患者の心肺が蘇生されなければ、患者は死亡します。 1.1.8 Status - 容態 1.1.8.1 Bleeding, Pain and IVs - 出血、痛み、輸血 Bleeding Coefficient (出血の係数) 出血速度を調節し、速い場合は高く、遅い場合は低く設定します。 Pain Coefficient (痛みの係数) 痛みの強さを調節し、速い場合は高く、遅い場合は低く設定します。 IV Transfusion Flow Rate (IV 輸血の流量) 輸血の流量を調節し、値を大きくすると患者への輸液速度が速くなり、小さくすると流量が遅くなります。 1.1.9 Treatment - 治療 1.1.9.1 Diagnose, Medication and Bandages - 診断・投薬・包帯 Advanced Diagnose (アドバンスド診断) チェックボックスをオンにすると、"Check Pulse (心拍数を計る)"、"Check Blood Pressure (血圧を計る)"、"Response (反応を見る)"の治療アクションが有効になり、チェックボックスをオフにすると、CPRが必要な場合にのみ表示されます。 この設定は、患者が気絶状態もしくは心停止状態にあるかどうかを判断するために不可欠です。 Advanced Medication (アドバンスド医薬品) チェックボックスをオンにすると、Morphine (モルヒネ)とEpinephrine (アドレナリン)をより詳細な機能を使用できるようになります。また、Adenosine (アデノシン)が使用可能になります。 Advanced Bandages (アドバンスド包帯) 基本的な包帯に加え、特徴の異なる包帯を使用できるようにします。 さらに、包帯を巻いた傷の再発も有効にすることができます。 設定項目 Enabled (有効) Disabled (無効) Enabled Can Reopen (有効 再開放) 縫合を有効にするには、この設定を"Enabled Can Reopen (有効 再開放)"に設定する必要があります。 Clear Trauma After Bandage (治療後に外傷を削除) チェックボックスをオンにすると、全ての傷に対して包帯を巻いた部分が完全治癒(削除)されるようになります。 1.1.9.2 Medic Settings -
